Improvised Krautrock: Seidel, Kürvers, Erel

The soon-to-be-cult improvised krautrock trio of Wolfgang Seidel (drums), Klaus Kürvers (double bass) and Korhan Erel (computer, controllers) had their debut concert at  Berlin’s Echo Buecher on December 7, 2014. Exactly five months after that appearance, they will play at Miss Hecker on May 1, 2015.

Their music entails freely improvised sections as well as groovy rocky/jazzy sections, and a lot of interplay between acoustic and electronic sounds.

Miss Hecker’s address cannot be published openly so please send Korhan Erel an email for it. Doors open at 20.00 and show starts at 20.30. Entrance is free but donations are highly encouraged.

Korhan Erel is an electronic musician, improviser and sound designer based in Berlin. Their music covers free improvisation, conceptual sound performances as well as structured and composed pieces as well as music for dance, theater and video art. They perform solo, duo and group performances with improvisers, jazz musicians, dancers, and in orchestras. They have shown several sound installations in art spaces in Turkey, Germany and Hong Kong. They have ten CD and several digital releases. They play concerts across Europe, Middle- East, Southeast Asia and North America
